This measure is used to store member assignments, calculation methods and formats for C3 fixed accounts and KPIs. It is important to understand how individual dimensions of the }APQ C3 FIN CoA Map cube are combined in order to store the settings:

  • Dimension FIN CoA ID is set to either FIN OCoA or FIN PCoA to determine target CoA dimension where the member assignments should be applied.

  • Dimension FIN CoA Map is set to hierarchy FIN KCoA which defines structure of C3 Fixed Accounts (C3_FIXED_ACCOUNTS rollup) and KPIs (C3_KPI rollup). The structure is common for both FIN OCoA and FIN PCoA target dimensions as both dimensions share similar structure since FIN PCoA is always derived from FIN OCoA.

  • Dimension }APQ C3 FIN CoA Map Attributes is set to hierarchy FIN KCoA.

  • Dimension }APQ C3 FIN CoA Map Measure is set to KPI Map.

 The assignments are applied when updating structure of template CoA dimensions and members assigned to each fixed or KPI accounts will be physically added to rollups under ApliqoC3 Technical Rollups node when running process }APQ.C3.Dim.CoAMap.Update.Hierarchies.KPI.
