Template CoA Cube

This cube is used to combine rollups imported from the staging cube into a single rollup that serves as a template for FIN OCoA (operative) or FIN PCoA (planning) CoA dimensions.

Besides templates for FIN OCoA and FIN PCoA, the cube contains definitions of KPI structures for both mentioned dimensions (FIN KCoA), KPI member assignments for each and structure of their backup versions.
