Cultures Measure

This measure is used to summarize list of language variants related to certain attribute of CoA template dimension. For attributes having a language variant suffix it contains the suffix itself. There will be always an attribute without language variant suffix automatically created for attributes having at least one language variant. The measure will contain list of all defined language variants for such an attribute.
