This rollup contains all leaf level accounts that are in the template CoA dimension and are descending from account assigned to fixed account C3_TB as per settings (see below). This doesn't apply to any leaf statistical accounts (accounts descending from C3_STATISTICS).
The rollup is used to check trial balance before proceeding with data load from FIN General Ledger TB to FIN General Ledger cube.
