How to use the functionality

  1. The report displays the status.

  2. There is no way to change the status in this report. The data needs to be entered, see below

  3. Comments can be entered e.g. “data requested, waiting for GP.”

Data structure

  • Capital account status = is there a NAV entered for the quarter?

  • ILPA Data = is there management fee or carry entered for the quarter?

  • Asset Level = does the fund have asset level data for the quarter?

Status

  • Green = have data for the quarter

  • Orange = no data for the quarter but data for the last quarter

  • Red = No data for current and last quarter

  • White = NA
