1.3. Time and Versions

The Time and Version management can be accessed through the following path: Administration > Time and Versions. On this page you can:

  • Change the date range for the model. Add new elements to the T Year and T Year-Month dimension.

  • Set the Financial Year Start. The default financial year in Apliqo FPM is from January to December. The financial year can be changed to start on any calendar month.

  • Fix the current date. By default the system clock determines the current financial year and month. The current financial year and month can be fixed. This allows more control over the financial period.

  • Add and delete the Working Versions. The forecast parameters for the working versions are set in the Time and Versions page.

  • Add, delete and manage Archived Forecasts.

  • Add or deleted comparisons between versions.

  • Set the Version element security.
