For the training purpose FIN BSEG 3 Plan will not be used. We need to edit the settings to reflect the dimension usage. You can access the FIN BSEG 3 Plan setup through the page: Administration > Business Segments > FIN BSEG 3.

Set the Global settings for FIN BSEG 3 Plan. Remember the settings for the plan dimension are on the FIN BSEG 3 Plan tab.
