Launch the browser developer console (F12 key)
Select the “Application” tab
In the Application tab in the left-hand panel expand “Cookies” and select bmg.lppm.apliqo.cloud
Right-click and select “Clear.” Close the developer console
Clearing cookies will automatically log you out and you will be returned to the logon screen.
After logging on again the screen should be back to normal
