To manage the operational CoA attributes, open the "Manage Attributes" dialogue. Attributes can also be created automatically when bulk loading accounts.
To change an existing attribute, click "Edit", make the desired changes and confirm by clicking the check icon.
The principal name cannot be changed, you will have to delete and create a new attribute
The type can either be String (S), Alias (A) or Numeric (N)
When an attribute is set to "Persistent" it is intended to be changed manually only, i.e. load processes will not change this attribute
"Show Column" will show this attribute in the main screen.
"Caption" is what will be shown in the column headers of the main screen (a friendly name)
"Group" is for information purposes and will allow you to show and hide all attributes of a group more easily in the main screen
To create a new attribute use the "New Attribute" button and define the name and type of the attribute, after being created you can change the other attribute properties by editing it.
To delete and an attribute, open use the kebab menu and click "Delete Attribute" button, select the attribute, and click delete . System attributes cannot be deleted.

Please note that this process is automatically executed before you perform a dimension synchronisation synchronization to ensure that all system attributes are populated correctly. You do only have to run this process manually if you want to verify the attribute values before synchronising synchronizing the dimension.
